  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

3. Refund Process:

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Final Sale: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Original Shipping: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
